It is recorded in scripture that Christ "cried out" only twice during Crucifixion (Matt 27:46, 50; Mark 15:34). These mark the moments that Christ was forsaken by God, "Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?" that is, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"; and when He gave up His spirit.

Other than that it is said that Christ was silent:

Isaiah 53:7:

He was oppressed, and he was afflicted,

yet he opened not his mouth;

like a lamb that is led to the slaughter,

and like a sheep that before its shearers is silent,

so he opened not his mouth.
