Did Jesus have a child when he was alive?

No, absolutely not.

In the book of Isaiah chapter 53 verses 8 & 9, we read a prophecy concerning Jesus:

Unjustly condemned,

he was led away.

No one cared that he died without descendants,

that his life was cut short in midstream.

But he was struck down

for the rebellion of my people.

He had done no wrong

and had never deceived anyone.

But he was buried like a criminal;

he was put in a rich man's grave.

If you mean a physical human child as the result of sexual intercourse, then no.

If you mean a child in the sense of a spiritual ''child of God'' then yes (very many) -although Jesus also referred to His followers as friends.

Since Jesus was and is alive eternally, the very many above refers to all His children for all time -but if you mean His earthly existence in Israel for around 33 years then this would have only been in the hundreds during this time.
