Christology.
My view is that they did not study anything, like a school.
Christology .
They study Jesus, The Holy Bible, Christianity, Mary, Joeseph, Peter, John, etc.
to learn about Jesus Christ, our savior!
He Learned His Adopted father's trade as a carpenter.
Jesus is The main person and study in christianity.
Scripture is important as they tell of Jesus birth told by the prophets. and what will also happen in the future.
The two approaches in the study of Christology are high Christology, which emphasizes the divine nature of Jesus Christ, and low Christology, which focuses on the human aspects of Jesus's life and ministry. These approaches offer varying perspectives on the identity and significance of Jesus in Christian theology.
In John 5:39, Jesus said, "Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me." According to Jesus, the Old Testament (which was the only available "Bible" in His day) testifies of Him. Thus, it behooves a student of Jesus to study the Old Testament to see what the "first mentions," prophetic utterances, etc. about Him are.
