Muslims have built microscopes, especially in recent times as Muslim countries have begun to invest more and more in medicine (especially in Bangladesh).
However, Muslims did not invent the microscope. The first microscope to be developed was the optical microscope in the Netherlands, although the original inventor is not easy to identify. An early microscope was made in 1590 in Middelburg, Netherlands. Two eyeglass makers are variously given credit: Hans Lippershey (who developed an early telescope) and Zacharias Janssen. Giovanni Faber coined the name microscope for Galileo Galilei's compound microscope in 1625. (Galileo had called it the "occhiolino" or "little eye").
It is believed that Zacharias Jansen's father, Hans, helped him build the first microscope in 1595.

he built a microscope .
There are two types of the electron microscope. First is called transmission electron microscope. It uses electrons passed through the sample to build a picture of the sample internal structure. Second type is scattered ("reflected" from the sample surface) electrons to build up a picture of the sample surface.

Robert Hooke did not build anything 300 years ago. He was a scientist and inventor from the 17th century known for his contributions to the field of microscopy and his observations of cells, which he described in his book "Micrographia."
It is thought that Zacharias Jansen's father, Hans, helped him build the first microscope in 1595
Ruska, along with his collaborator Knoll, built the first electron microscope in 1931. It was a transmission electron microscope that revolutionized the field of microscopy by allowing scientists to visualize objects at nanometer scales.

A scientist would build a microscope to study cells and their functions. Microscopes allow scientists to observe and analyze cells at a microscopic level, helping them understand cell structure and behavior.
