Yes, Christians only have one God. That one God has three aspects:-
God the Father
God the Son (Jesus Christ)
God the Spirit
[By analogy, think of an uncle, An uncle is also a son (of his father), a brother (to one of your parents) and an uncle to you.....three things but one person].
God is therefore a 'triune' entity.
Mormons and Jehovah Witnesses would not qualify in the strict sense as Christians. They may believe that God is one, but they reject the concept of a Triune God. This is to say God as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, with the Son and the Holy Spirit being equal in divinity to the Father. However some consider Mormons and Jehovah Witnesses Christians in the loose sense because both Mormon's and Jehovah Witnesses were born from Protestant Christianity.
Another answer:
The above is entirely incorrect. The "uncle" analogy, the "I am a Father, Husband, brother" analogy, etc, is the heresy of Sabellianism, otherwise known as "Modalism." These heresies have at their essence the idea that God is one nature, and ONE person, but experienced by human beings as three persons. The CHRISTIAN belief is that God is ONE in nature, but THREE in personhood. God is experienced by human beings as three distinct persons because God is revealed as having a tri-personhood: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is experienced as triune in personhood because God is objectively three in personhood.
The UNITY in God is NATURE, the plurality in God is in personhood. Persons in God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, but these three persons possess ONE Divine Nature.
Christians believe therefore that God is threefold in personhood, ONE in nature. Who is God? God is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. WHAT is the Father? The Father is God. WHAT is the Son? The Son is God. WHAT is the Holy Spirit? The Holy Spirit is God.

Jewish believe in one God
Jews believe in one God. They do not believe Jesus was God's son, so they do not have trinity like Christians. The trinity is the term used for God, his son, and the Holy Spirit all being part of one God, because it is not a polytheistic religion.
