No, I don' believe that all unbaptized humans should go to hell. If that was true then millions of humans would go to hell and very few would go to heaven. There are lots of religions that you are not allowed to be baptized and they shouldn't go to hell because they haven't been baptized. I don't think that statement is right at all.
