Roman Catholic AnswerThe Catholic Church recognizes any legal marriage including the marriage between two baptized non Catholics before their own minister. It does recognize a marriage between two baptized non Catholics as a sacrament, as the individuals themselves perform the sacrament of marriage if they are both validly baptized, and non-Catholics are not bound by Canon Law (Church Law); so it would recognize Episcopalian marriages. The Church always assumes a valid legal marriage, even if it is not between baptized persons, but in that case it would not be a sacrament, although it would still be a legal marriage. A marriage is contracted between the spouses in Catholic sacramental theology. The minister is only a witness.

Do they have Mass in Episcopal Churches?

Because the Catholic Church does not recognize the validity of Episcopal ordinations, their Mass is not celebrated validly and does not fulfill the requirements on the Catholic faithful according to Canon Law. In response to above answer: The Episcopal Church does not have a "Mass". It has a service. More and more the word "Mass" is being applied to the Episcopalian Service. It is a misnomer in the Episcopalian context. Also I'm not sure what's meant by "Catholic faithful" since the Episcopal Church is called The Holy Catholic Church to distinguish it from the Roman one.

Does Apostolicae Curae also invalidate Roman Catholic Orders?

Technically, there are no "Roman Catholic" Orders: It's just Catholic, not Roman Catholic. Roman is an epithet first commonly used in England after the protestant revolt to describe the Catholic Church. It is never used by the official Catholic Church. . Apostolicae Curae declared Anglican Orders null and void, NOT Catholic Orders.

Can a widowed Catholic woman marry a non-Catholic divorced man who was married in a Presbyterian church?

The non-Catholic would need to have his marriage annulled by the church before they are free to marry, as the catholic church recognizes the validity of the Presbyterian marriage. If annulment is approved, he does not need to join the Catholic Church, but must be willing to consent to her oath to bring up any children as catholic

If someone has been married by a judge and in the future later blessed in the catholic church can a Catholic tribunal anull the common law marriage?

All marriages (civil or otherwise) are assumed to be true marriages by the Catholic Church. To explore whether a marriage, in fact and law, existed a tribunal will study the case and present a finding according to canon law as to the validity of the marriage.A blessed marriage is not a declaration of validity, rather a welcoming of the couple the catholic community and an expression of joy from the community. The assumption is that the marriage is valid, but the blessing is not a finding of law.
