Neither: He judges on what you have done with His Son Jesus. If you are saved, you go to heaven: if you're not, you go to hell, simple as that. Dont get sidtracked on all these different denominations in Christianity: that is only the work of the devil; read The Bible, believe the Bible, believe in God, and that He sent His Son to die for you personally, so that no matter what you do, you will go to heaven provided you have repented. Don't worry about acting like a christian, though you should, but if you have truly given your life to God, then He will help you change yourself into what He wants you to be.

Romans 1 v.16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. (v.17) For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, "The just shall live by faith."

Romans 6 v. 20 For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness.21 What fruit did you have then in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death.22 But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life.23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Why people judge by their religion?

Only God can, not the rest of us. God gives us salvation through Christ and will know who chose his path when we get to eternity and who didn't. We should preach the gospel to people and inform them that salvation exists and how to pray to recieve salvation and read the Holy Bible to help us all learn wisdom, and love, and so on. We should not judge people just based on them following another religion though, that is for God to judge, not us. I don't judge people just from seeing what their religion is though and many other people don't either.
