"come as you are" or "come as ye are" that exact statement is not said in The Bible. It is mentioned through out to "come unto him" in the Bible it is mentioned that the sick or meek, peacemakers or labors (Matt 11:28) " Come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest"

You wouldn't find "come as you are" since the doctrine in the bible teaches that we should repent of our sins to be able to come to him....though this does not mean that we can not find comfort from him in our current state. This may be just a matter of emphasis, but I would like to offer a "reframing" of the comment "we should repent of our sins to be able to come to him". According to basic Christian teaching, we are in fact never able to come to him on our own merits. I'm sure the person answering above didn't intend to suggest that we are able to "clean ourselves up", and then we have somehow made ourselves worthy to "come to him". The point is, we indeed come to him as sinners; we have no other choice. He is the one who cleans us up, entirely by his merits. The old hymn says it: "Just as I am, without one plea..." Only then is there comfort from God. It would be perverse for him to want us to be comforted in our sin.
