That depends which paradise you are referring to. In Genesis Adam and Eve live in the Garden of Eden. Though we cannot know for sure where it was, we know the rough location of it. God destroyed this garden when Adam and Eve sinned and ate from the tree that God told them not to. Now if you are talking about Heaven, it will always exist. But a time will come when you can no longer get into it if you have not already believed on the Lord Jesus Christ. But Heaven is eternal just like God is eternal.

One of the two thieves on the cross next to Jesus' cross, asked Him: "Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom," to whom He replied, "Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise." Luke 23:42,43. Paul equated Paradise in 2 Corinthians 12:2-4 with Heaven. The final paradise of Heaven will never pass away. Those, who have trusted in Christ as their Savior from sin's penalty, will experience that eternal place.
