He Writes With His Left - Hand ! :)
There is no definitive information available publicly that confirms whether Jacob is left-handed or right-handed.
In the Book of Genesis, Jacob promises that Joseph's sons, Ephraim and Manasseh, will be treated as his own sons and will receive a share of the inheritance alongside Jacob's other sons. This act of adoption is symbolized when Jacob blesses the boys, placing his right hand on Ephraim, the younger, and his left on Manasseh, effectively elevating Ephraim's status. This blessing signifies the importance of Joseph's lineage within the tribes of Israel.
Jacob was 77 years old when he left home to flee from his brother Esau after receiving his father's blessing. This event is detailed in the Book of Genesis in the Bible. Jacob's departure marked the beginning of his journey to Haran, where he would eventually marry and start his own family.

Using your right hand held in front of your face, with your index and middle finger pointed forward... run your hand straight down vertically to about the level of your stomach. Then using that same hand and finger position, run your hand left to right at the level of your shoulders. You are drawing a lower case letter t (or a christian cross) in the air in front of you. This works out to "Bless you" or "God Bless you" in Sign language.
It was Jacob who fought an angel (messenger) of the Lord.(He did not wrestle with God himself, only with an angel. The notion that he wrestled with God is based on a mistranslation of Genesis 32:29. The word Elohim, in some contexts such as this one, does not refer to God.)
Genesis 39:4 - And Joseph found grace in [Potiphar's] sight, and he served him: and he made him overseer over his house, and all that he had he put into his hand. Genesis 39:6a - And he left all that he had in Joseph's hand; and he knew not ought he had, save the bread which he did eat.
