i must keep my lecture to my self and tell you a simple: NO!! the two religions are different. way different.
No, Brahmins are not Jews. Brahmins are Hindus, and are not Semitic. Jews are Semitic, and have an entirely different, monotheistic religion. There are links below.
At the fundamental level there is no difference, we are all natives of Planet Earth and as such we should care for it and each other. At the Spiritual level the people that we call Hindus somehow managed to keep intact a thread of wisdom that runs far into the past but is also relevant in the present and the future. imho
I don't think so. Jews and Hindus have very different religions. It would be difficult to believe in both religions.
Hindus believe in rebirth and reincarnation, which the three religions do not believe in.
jews wear their traditional cap & white clothes similar to robes, while Hindus also wear white colored clothes. Christians wear black clothes however.
Monotheists (like Christians, Muslims and Jews) believe in one god. Polytheists (like Hindus, Shintoists, and Shamanists) believe in many gods.
Hindus do a number of things with the Qur'an including reading it, ignoring it, or opposing the violence that plagues Indian societies because of the divisions between monotheists and polytheists in the Qur'an. As for what Jews think, Jews think a wide variety of things, but I have yet to meet a Jew who actively thinks about what Hindus might or might not do with a Qur'an.
Pork is not allowed to eaten by Jews, Muslims. Hindus are allowed to eat pork but many choose not to very often. Sikhs are also allowed to eat pork but chose not to very often
There are Hindus in this world just like Americans and you are in this world.People live in different regions and have different cultures.
In Canada there are Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, Christians, Jews, Baha'is, etc.
There are gay, straight, bisexual Hindus. There are theistic, atheistic, deistic Hindus. There are really religious and non-religious Hindus. Hindus have all sorts of different lifestyles, depending on the particular Hindu.
A:There are wicked Muslims, Jews, Christians, Hindus and atheists alive today, among others. More importantly, there are good Muslims, Jews, Christians, Hindus and atheists alive today, and these are the ones we should focus on.
