The term 'guardian angel' is not found anywhere in The Bible, so there is no scriptural evidence of how they are created or even if they are real, although Catholics and some other Christians believe in them. Their existence comes down to faith even more than some other traditions.
If God is omniscient and omnipotent, there is no reason for guardian angels to exist. They would not perform a function that God could not do easily, and they are therefore more likely to have been created in the human imagination.
