Get you grammar right, then I will answer your question.

Answer:

God told Moses: "This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be THE FIRST MONTH OF THE YEAR TO YOU. (Ex.12:2)

A study of Exodus 12 reveals that God's year begins in the spring, with the blossoming of the early spring harvest, called "Abib" ['Aramaic; Nisan] or the month of "green ears" when the barley turns green. It's generally around the spring months of March or April by the calendar we use today... depending on whether there's an early or late spring. By the calendar we use today... it begins around the time of the "Lord's Passover" -- which is what Exodus 12 is describing.

In other words... God calculates His year to begin in the SPRING season, when LIFE BEGINS ANEW when dormant things regenerate. As opposed to the yearly calculation we go by, today, inspired by the "god of this world"... which begins in the DEAD OF WINTER; at midnight, at THE WITCHING HOUR!

The Bible calculates the months on the 30-day moon cycles... with the 12 twelve 30-day months of the year totaling 360-day years.

The account of Noah's flood reveals this calculation:

"...in the SECOND MONTH, the SEVENTEENTH DAY OF THE MONTH, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened." (Gen.7:11)

"And the waters prevailed upon the earth an HUNDRED AND FIFTY DAYS." (verse 24)

"...and after the end of the HUNDRED AND FIFTY DAYS the waters abated. And the ark rested in the SEVENTH MONTH, on the SEVENTEENTH DAY of the month..." (Gen.8:3-4).

Doing the math... according to this account, from the seventeenth day of the second month to EXACTLY the SAME DAY of the seventh month [the seventeenth], was EXACTLY 150 DAYS!

Which calculates out to "Five EVEN 30-day MONTHS." [150 divided by 5 = 30]

But, each biblical year begins its calculation according to the early [or late] spring harvest season.
