There are a few ways:

1) You have to have the mental capability to completely reject it, and you need to find the item or person it has attached itself to and cleanse it. Immediately cleanse and bless the house, and DO NOT do this alone because the spirit will most likely attack a lone person. This will only push the succubus out and make it so it cannot come back.

2) You can completely destroy and kill it. This also takes a great deal of mental strength as you must rip it asunder and mentally light it ablaze. Again, stressing this fact, it takes a GREAT amount of mental strength and experience to do this. Beginners can get hurt doing this.

"Succubus" is a broad term that can be applied to various different beings (given certain circumstances); this classification does not denote any specific entity. What is it you want? Saying you want to summon a "succubus" is like saying you want to summon a dessert---there's a big difference between rum raisin ice cream and azuki bean mochi.

Succubi can be summoned just like anyother demon. And no, they don't eat men's souls. They do use their "life energy" to sustain themselves (like vampires) and they do use men to procreate.

Is this related to anything sexual? Because as far as i know the only reason to summon a succubus is a sexual reason, so i'm not helping you with that, and i advise others not to
