the holy spirit assit you with everything if you really need it.
John 14:26 (King James Version)
26But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Thus the Holy Spirit has a teaching role which is not in isolation but is specifically connected to the meaning and words of Jesus Christ. The words 'bring all things to your remembrance' suggest that a primary way He does this is through the human mind, by bringing up something previously known to the conscious mind from the sub-conscious. This of course from our 'modern' understanding of how the human brain, created by God, works. For the disciples whom Jesus was addressing this would have meant bringing to mind things Jesus had taught them, for the believer today it means much the same, in that the believer is taught by God through the word of God contained in The Bible, which is a reliable record of both His words and works, written for the large part by either eyewitnesses or by those who knew them.
Christians believe that the Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Trinity. God the Father, and God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. This would make the Holy Spirit a He. Through out Scripture the attributes of God and a real person are attributed to the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is a He and not an it.

A:Christians do talk of persons having the Holy Spirit "with you" as well as "in you". Whatever this means, the Holy Spirit seems to make no outward sign of his presence, so this is just a matter of faith.
The Holy Spirit
At Baptism, the time when you make a public stand for your faith in Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit indwells you. Baptism isn't just a rite with water - it is the reception of the Holy Spirit. When you receive Christ you also receive his Spirit in your heart.
The Holy Spirit is believed to be the third person of the Christian Trinity, representing God's presence and power in the world. The Holy Spirit is said to guide, comfort, and empower believers in their faith and daily lives. Many Christians believe that the Holy Spirit helps them make decisions, understand scripture, and live according to God's will.
She was overshadowed by the Holy Spirit.

The power of the Holy Spirit is infinite. He has the power to create and to destroy. Together, the Spirit, the Father and Christ make up what we call God. They are equally powerful and equally God.
The true church is the Bride and body of Christ and has been indwelt by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit has given the "Fruit of the Spirit" to Jesus' followers, which make them to be like Jesus
The Bible verse that mentions the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in relation to the concept of the Holy Trinity is Matthew 28:19, which says, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."
