He gave himself, body and soul, to his beliefs.
Although Jesus was in human form and gave up His glory while on earth (and thus submitted then to His heavenly Father) He did not really surrender Himself totally to God as He Himself was and is God from all eternity. He thus could not surrender to Himself, nor did He need to. Any surrendering which He did for a time while on earth He did as a pattern for all who were to believe in Him should follow.
Not all Christians believe that Jesus is God. This is an old debate...He did give all of himself for the salvation of humanity....can we all agree on this one?
Christians are agreed that Jesus is God. This is, and has always been the Christian belief.
The Bible teaches clearly that Jesus is God.
To state that Jesus is not God is not Christian teaching. To believe this makes a person, by definition not a Christian.
In relation to the question asked, then it would appear somewhat illogical for Jesus to surrender to Himself. As stated, He did as a pattern, surrender Himself to the Father. Later He returned to the 'glory I had with thee before the world was.'
No, Jesus was totally male and totally God, he was the God-Man.
Nobody He made himself. It is hard to explain but if you think about it he is the ALL POWERFUL god, so he can totally make himself if he made the earth and us. From 13 year old girl
Jesus was not God in human form. Jesus proclaimed himself as SON of God and God is described as Jesus' heavenly father. It is not in my understanding that they ever called Jesus himself God.
Yes, Jesus does refer to himself as the Son of God in the Bible.
It depends on the religion. In Christianity, Jesus is considered God and not a prophet because he is an incarnation of God Himself. In Islam, Jesus is considered to be prophet and not God Himself because God is singular and does not have associates.
Jesus gave the word of God his real father.

James called himself a "servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ."
In a public place, he said that he was the Son of God, which he is totally.
