They did not. They are descended from their Middle Eastern ancestors, as has recently been conclusively shown through DNA analysis. They do, however, contain a percentage of converts and descendants of converts, some of whom are Caucasian.

Wonderful. A person who seems to know nothing about Ethiopians other than

their physical appearance, at some point crosses the line and decides that the

little he knows is all that there is to know, and that a generic reference to them

must surely be a reference to the only characteristic he knows. The system is
