I believe that he gave them encouragement to accept their lot in life. He promised them that if they kept all of the commandments they would be able to bare their sufferings. We all must bear our own crosses, but if we do so uncomplaining we will receive a greater reward.
Outcasts of Society - 1915 was released on: USA: 27 July 1915
They were viewed as outcasts
God loved everyone, even the sinners. Jesus came to earth to save everyone who accepted Him, not just the inner members of society.
Yes in order to change their bad or mislead lives
Because of the law and their rejected will of God in their lives!
Because the people were known as "posessed by the devil or spirits" Also people with lepracy, or a common prostitute. So generally the outcasts of society at that time. You could argue that Jesus blessed everyone?
Traditionally they were cast out of society
Any christian group should help outcasts, otherwise they are not christian by definition. Jesus was an outcast. If this does not answer your question please re phrase
when he was friends with outcasts such as poor people and tax collectors, people thought they had more reason to believe that he wasn't the messiah even though he was. they thought if he was the messiah that he would be too good for outcasts. so the personal cost would be that it made him look bad to others. I Love Jesus Christ Though :-D
Lepers. Lepers were outcasts because of the disease leprosy from which they suffered. People believed leprosy to be highly contagious and so avoided people who had it for fear of catching it.
Many people with alcohol problems are outcasts in society.
Yes I want Jesus to save me.
