Catholics dress the same as everybody else. Catholics are supposed to try to grow in the virtue of chastity which means they should try to cover most of their skin as possible and wear apropriate clothing, though some Catholics don't follow this and wear unchaste clothing.

Generally, they dressed like everybody else would dress ni the past and still dress like everybody else now.
