The difference between Protestant and Catholic Church decoration is great and varied and I should liken it to the difference between a donut and a French Gateaux. One is simple and the other is quite complex; each one reflecting the Theology that prevails in the institution. This is reflected in all aspects of the building; so, the richer the Tradition more elaborate the building.
They do not differ much. They are very similar to Lutherans, which is extremely similar to Catholicism. Episcopal churches have Deacons and bishops as well as the Pastor, of course. Most episcopal churches are both Catholic and Protestant.

First of all the Church in England was never a protestant Church! Up till about 1994, it was the Catholic Church in this country! How was different from other Churches?
