Holy Book: Their Holy Book is the Qur'an.
Worship: They gather in front of the Mosque and wash their hands and feet. Then, they enter the Mosque recite key Qur'anic verses (like Surat al-Fatiha). They will occasionally prostrate themselves on the ground during this recitation. On Fridays, the Imam will usually give a sermon. After this they depart. This is supposed to occur five times a day every day.
The answer to this question depends on how it is read. If it is read exactly as written: Muslims do not worship their holy book. It is a book used for guidance, but prayers are directed at God, not an object like a book. If the question should be read: How do Muslims worship and what is their holy book?, please see the Related Question below.
Muslims do not worship any book, rather they worship their God, Allah. They do however, believe in the scripture, Qur'an, which is a massive deviation from worship.
