The 'faiths' help you to realise that life is more than the physical existence we have day to day. There is a spiritual side to life, and there is a spirit world. All 'faiths' speak of life continuing on after death and also all faiths talk about improving our relationship with or becoming more like 'god' (whatever they perceive god to be).
In my search for the meaning of life I looked at many kinds of 'faiths'. Except for Christianity they all asked me to do something to improve my self to become more 'god like'.
Christianity says it has all been done, my problem of separation from God has been solved by the death of Christ I just have to believe this.
If you want meaning in your life, you have to understand Where you came from, and where you are going. And who you are, and why you are here. Without knowing any of those things, what can you believe in? What can you be striving for-and WHY would you be striving?
Visit Mormon.org for ALL of those answers. We know who we are, where we were before we came to Earth, why we came to Earth, what we are doing here, and where we go and what happens to us when we die.
Please, if you want meaning to your life, you need to know why. Visit Mormon.org for the answers.
