If you don't know how to do this, even a brisk walk or breathing in as far as you can, holding it for a few counts and breathing out as far as you can repeated a few times and stretching gently may be of some benefit. Light foods, such as vegetables, very little meat. De-clutter your living space. Investigate Feng shui. Plants and running water increase chi. Things that make you happy, activities you find meaningful, time with loved ones, etc.
