How do you lead someone to christ?

You have learn Spanish and tell them the same thing that you would tell a person in English about obtaining salvation. The message of the gospel don't change from one language to the other. Ask the Lord Jesus to forgive your sins (wrongs) then receive Him as your personal Savior.

The first thing you need to show the person is that they have a need. (the need to be saved). Because:

One day God is going to judge the world - Romans chpt 2.

Everybody will be found guilty of turning away from God and His ways, Rom. 3:23

Then you can tell them that God has provided a way for people to have a right relationship with God.

The way is through accepting God's gift of salvation in His son who died to take the penalty for our sin. Rom 3:24, Rom 5:8+9, John 3:16, 1John 5:11,12.

After that they need to get involved a Bible believing church or with other believers so the can grow as a Christian.

You really can't. It's something they have to want. The best way to try is to live the life and set the example. One of my favorite quotes is from st. Francis "Preach the gospel at all times. Use words if necessary." People will want to know why someone lives the way they do and why they are happy. They will ask. If it's thrown in their face continually they usually will not listen.

Fear is not a good way to get someone to be a christian either. Is someone a true christian if they only become one to save themselves from hell, or if they do it for love of Christ and what He did for them? Preach love, only love and people will listen. People need to know that they are loved no matter what, not threatened with what will happen to them. You catch more flies with honey than vinegar and all that.
