It's very hard to describe in writing how to pronounce the letters ( خ ص ض ط ظ غ ق) since they have no English equivalents.
(خ) is probably easiest for English speakers since languages like German, Scottish, and Russian have this sound. In Russian, it is the "Kh" like "Kharasho". In German, it is the "ch" like in "Bach". In Scottish, it is like the "ch" in "loch" -- not "lock" like it is pronounced in English.
(غ) is probably next easiest. Try pronouncing the (خ) sound at the same time with either a hard "g" or an "r" sound. The mix between the two sounds should approximate the ghain.
The remaining five letters are gutteral versions of S, D, T, DH, and K.
