Happy Holiday = khag same'akh (חג שמח). This term is not used for Yom Kippur, minor fast days, or Certain secular Jewish holidays, such as Holocaust Remembrance Day or Israeli Independence Day.

The plural phrase "Happy holidays" is not a term used in Hebrew, particularly if the reference is to all the holidays at the end of December. 'Chanukah Sameach' is used to wish someone a happy chanukah.
