For me, I believe it has helped me excercise extra care for my health. It has been a protection. Because of my religion, I do not use tobacco or illicite drugs. I do not over drink or over eat. These are all beneficial to good health. My religion teaches me that my life is a gift from God that I do not have the right to abuse. Therefore, I don't even engage in dangerous sports such as mountain climbing and sky diving.
