Hazrat Zainab, the granddaughter of the Prophet Muhammad and the daughter of Ali and Fatimah, is believed to have died in 681 CE. While the exact circumstances of her death are not definitively recorded, it is widely thought that her health deteriorated due to the immense grief and trauma she experienced following the Battle of Karbala, where her brother Husayn was martyred. She played a crucial role in preserving the message of Karbala and supporting the survivors, which may have contributed to her declining health. Her legacy continues to inspire many in the Muslim community.

Some believe Prophet Muhammad (peace upom him) had four daughters; namely Umm Kulthum, Ruqayah, Zainab, and Fatimah bint Muhammad. But a large percentage of Muslims also believe he only had one, namely Fatima. Looking from a mathematical and physiological perspective, it is unlikely he fathered more daughters after Fatima.
Hazrat Muhammad had 4 daughters their names were Zainab, Ruqayyah, Umm Kulthoom and Fatimah Zahra. He also had 3 sons al Qasim, Abd Allah and Ibrahim.
