God's plan is often understood as the unfolding of divine purpose in the world, which can be seen through various religious teachings and experiences. Many believe it is fulfilled through acts of love, compassion, and justice among individuals and communities. Additionally, sacred texts and spiritual practices guide believers in aligning their lives with this plan. Ultimately, the fulfillment of God's plan is seen as a collective journey towards greater understanding, harmony, and connection with the divine.
The concept of God's will being always fulfilled is a complex and debated topic in theology. Some believe that God's will is ultimately fulfilled in all things, while others argue that human free will can sometimes go against God's intentions. Ultimately, the answer to this question may vary depending on one's religious beliefs and interpretation of scripture.

The first requirement to be blessed etc., is to be close to God. God loves to bless us but he won't unless we are close to him. This is the number one reason people are not blesed. They want to have a relationship with God their way but God has a plan for us to be close to Him through the person of his Son, Jesus. This is the only way to be close to God. I think we need to learn to be content. So often we hear complaining around us and we fall into this trap ourselves. God hates complaining and won't bless us if we do. How do you keep from complaining? By learning to be thankful and content in every situation until God changes it. If we are complaining we may have to wait a long time for the situation to change. Just look at the Israelites, spent forty years in the desert because they complained. How can we be fulfilled? By seeking to do God's will in our lives. The closer we are to Him the more fulfilled we will be. He will bless us by helping us with our heart's desires, Psalm 37 tells us. So there are three things you can work on if you want to be blessed, content and fulfilled. Chaplain Dan
