It's just Catholic, not Roman Catholic. Roman is an epithet first commonly used in England after the protestant revolt to describe the Catholic Church. It is never used by the official Catholic Church.

Below is a link to a list of currently living Cardinals (as of the end of February, there are approximately 91 Cardinals over the age of 80 who are not eligible to vote in the March 2013 Conclave, and maybe 115 or so Cardinals of voting age.)
