As of 2021, about 40 states and the District of Columbia have laws that allow for the use of video-taped testimony for child witnesses in certain circumstances. These laws are intended to reduce the trauma experienced by child witnesses in court proceedings.
There are no format requirements for a will. It has to legible and it has to be witnessed by the appropriate number of people. Some states allow for a holographic will without any witnesses.
The states that expressly encourage judges to allow jurors to question witnesses are Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Nevada and North Carolina. Out of these jurisdictions, Arizona, Florida, and Kentucky require that judges allow jurors to ask written questions. A Deposition is Testimony given under oath outside of court. For the purpose of obtaining information in preparation for a court trial. It is used to try to impeach witness's by showing a change in testimony from one time to another (Deposition to Trial). Depositions are not used in all states. Some states do not allow depositions.
There is nothing in the Bible that states there is anything wrong with it nor has it ever been discussed at our meetings or in our teachings. I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses and my wife and I give and receive plenty of it. It's is a personal preference and anyone that is telling you that "we" don't do it is speaking for themselves.

The threat of untrue thoughts being placed in the subjects head by the hypnotist make this type of testimony unreliable.

A trial cannot be dismissed. A case can be dismissed before it goes to trial. A judge can allow testimony if it is within the bounds of admissible evidence, regardless of whether or not that evidence was presented at a prior hearing or trial.
You have been mis-informed as Jehovah witnesses do not have pegan origins. They are a branch of Christianity.
