St. Paul's Cathedral in London has undergone significant rebuilding primarily after the Great Fire of 1666, which destroyed the original medieval structure. The current St. Paul's, designed by Sir Christopher Wren, was completed in 1710. While there have been restorations and renovations over the years, the cathedral itself has not been rebuilt multiple times; it is primarily the product of Wren's design after the fire.
There are no current plans to rebuild St Pauls Cathedral in London, UK.
Eiffel tower = 1889 tower of Pisa = 1372 Taj Mahal = 1653 St Paul's = rebuilt several times (604; 962; 1088 to 1314) and the most recent 1677 so Pisa is the oldest but St Paul's has been rebuilt several times

Building of the Cathedral of Saint Paul was started in 1904 and completed in 1915. It has had several major renovations and some additions, but I am not aware of it being rebuilt five times. The only major rebuild of the city of St. Paul I am aware of was following a massive storm on August 20, 1904. Many buildings were destroyed by the record-establishing 110 MPH winds (with one gust to 180 MPH). Three capital buildings have been built (1854, 1882, and 1905). NOTE: If this does not answer your question, please ask a new question with more specifics (e.g. address of the church, if "st pauls" refers to a church).
