(1). Job lived 140 years after all this:-

Job 42:16-17 KJV After this lived Job an hundred and forty years, and saw his sons, and his sons' sons, even four generations. [v. 17] So Job died, being old and full of days.

(2.) "Cultural and historical features found in the book appear to place the events chronologically at a time probably after Babel (Ge 11:1-9) but before or contemporaneous with Abraham."

(Quote taken from Notes on Job by John Macarthur in his Study Bible.)

(3). As a guide, Abraham's father Terah was 70 years old when he fathered Abram (Abraham):-

Gen 11:26 KJV And Terah lived seventy years, and begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran.

(4). Adding them together: 70 + 140 = 210 years, so this means that probably Job lived to be around 200 years old.

(5) His oldest son had his own house and all ten of his children were eating over there, so you could add twenty to thirty years to that to equal possibly, 220 to 230 years old.
