Azrael was a descendant of Manasseh (a king) and was taken into exile for worshiping false gods. So he was a man not an angel. In regards to the arch angel you will notice the term is always singular (never plural) and means principal, chief or leader. In Jude 9 he is identified as Michael. The Bible reveals at Revelation 12 :7, that Michael (jesus) is the leader of God's holy angels and is warring against the dragon (Satan) and his angels.

The archangel Azrael (in Arabic), in Islam, is referred to the Angel of Death. The Qura'n directs towards the fact that Azrael's duty is to take the souls of every person and return them to God; Allah by separating it from the body..*It is to be noted that he is never referred in the Qura'n as Azrael, rather MalakuI-Mawt.

Archangel Michael has NEVER been bad and never will be. Archangel Michael fights evil spirits away and protects humans, Archangel Michael is the angel that sent Lucifer to hell and also the fallen angels that wouldn't abide by God's rules.
Lucifer is often considered a fallen angel rather than an archangel in many religious traditions. In Christian theology, he is typically associated with pride and rebellion against God, leading to his expulsion from Heaven. The term "archangel" generally refers to high-ranking angels like Michael and Gabriel, whereas Lucifer's narrative depicts him as having fallen from grace. Thus, while he may have originally been a high-ranking angel, he is not classified as an archangel after his fall.

There is no angel named Sepatiel, the closest is Sepatael, which is a fallen angel of dischord in the halls governing the lower layers of the pit and who guards the fallen throne. The suffix -el means "of god" as one of the oldest names of God is "El" which means 'all things.' Sepati does mean seat, so Sepatiel would translate to literally "The seat of God."
