God seemingly asked Abraham to sacrifice his son to Him. Abraham trusted that God knew best and just as he was about to kill Isaac, God sent a ram for him to sacrifice instead. Abraham proved his faith by not questioning what was asked of him.
It was Abraham.
by offering up his miraculous son Issac.
God tested abraham, as he told him to sacrifice Issac on mount Moriah.
Actually Abraham didn't when sacrifice his son because in the bible it says that when he was about to sacrafice his son, God answered and told him not to do it. Abraham had shown his faith to god and god was pleased. So Abraham didn't sacrifice his son.
Jesus was tested by Satan Job felt he was being tested by God Joseph was tested because he was in a foreign place and it was hard for him Jonah was tested because he didn't want to go somewhere that God wanted him to and he ended up inside a whale Eve was tested by Satan and gave in Adam was tested by Eve and Satan and gave in Noah was tested by God to have faith to build the arc Abraham and Sarah were tested to believe that God would give them a child Abraham was tested when God asked him to kill his son Mary was tested when God chose her to have a baby Joseph was tested when God told him to believe that Mary had not cheated on him
Abraham!
Abraham
Yes he had it tested many times.
The moral of the story is that God provides. God demands true worship and obedience, and tested that to the utmost by taking Abraham's most treasured possession, at least so it seemed. But, God stopped Abraham from sacrificing his son, and provided a proper sacrifice. Abraham was justified before God for his faith in the God that provides.
Faith, followed by obedience.
The faith according to the story of Abraham offering Isaac is that Isaac was the only son to Abraham who was already old.
