If God really is perfect then wouldn't that mean that God has no appearance?

God created us. God is beyond being evaluated by who he created. God is the perfectness itself by God's measure. He as he said in his holy book Quran (English meaning translation):

" He is Allah (God), none has the right to be worshiped but He the All-Knower of the unseen and the seen. He is the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. He is the King, the Holy, the One Free from all defects, The Donor of security, the Watcher over His creatures, the All-Mighty, the Compeller, the Supreme. Glory be to Allah (God)! High is He above all that they associate as partners with him. He is Allah the Creator, the Inventor of all things, the Bestow-er of forms. to him belongs the Best Names. ... He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise."[Quran, chapter 59, verses 22-24]
