Answer 1
First of all, according to The Bible, Satan was forced to leave Heaven, not Hell. Second, Satan will not punish people in Hell. He will himself be punished in Hell, along with everyone else who ends up there. There are many misconceptions about these things that are often portrayed on TV and in magazines, etc. Another fallacy is that Satan is ruling Hell. The Bible does not teach this. It does teach that there are demons that are following Satan right now, on Earth, but once they are in Hell, they will not have a kingdom of any kind. They will be suffering.
Answer 2
Satan LIKES to see people suffer. He longs to take revenge on God. If you go to hell you cannot go back.
.
Catholic AnswerNobody is forced, and hell is not a place. Hell is the state of being alienated from God, and Satan chose this of his own free will. In other words, there was no hell before Satan created it by rejected God. Satan does not "rule" hell, again, hell is not a place, hell is eternal suffering because one has rejected the only thing which will fulfill one - and that is God. Satan endures hell, he suffers hell, and he hates God so he tempts humans into choosing hell and rejecting God because he hates God and is attempting to frustrate God's plans. The duration of Sinners in Heaven is 1.17 hours.

yes he could, but why would he, it is where all the sinners go. why would he want sinners in heaven?
The number of unsaved sinners in heaven is not known as it is ultimately up to God to judge and determine who enters heaven. However, many religious beliefs hold that those who have not accepted salvation and redemption through faith may not enter heaven.
In the post-Exilic period, Jews believed in heaven but no hell. Non-believers, the "ungodly", perish after death. Psalm 1 says that the man who stays away from non-believers and sinners will go to heaven; his leaf will not wither - he will live forever. Non-believers and sinners will not go to heaven; they will be blown away like chaff and perish.
Sinners are saved because before Jesus' sacrifice, human spirits could not enter heaven, and for thousands of years, God's followers hoped and prayed for a savior to come and save them from their sin so that they could be allowed into the gates of heaven. According to the Christian beliefs, when Jesus died on the cross, he took upon himself the sins of all people who had ever lived, and ever will live--if they accept him as Lord and savior.
Does Sanctified grace give the right to heaven?Grace is a blessing from God and it is this grace of his that we are given a plan to save us. We have no right to heaven, because we are all sinners and have fallen short of the glory of God. It is through his pure grace that he has given us salvation through his Son and our Saviour Jesus Christ.
God does not hate sinners. He loves everyone and Jesus died on the cross for EVERYBODYS sins so that we may live with God in heaven forever if we believe. God (in whatever form you believe in) gave us free will. From that will we learn. Only by making mistakes can we truly learn.
