First of all, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God". God existed before anything and everything else, including time, space, matter, and all other life. There has never been just nothing in space, as God has always existed. "Without Him, nothing that was made was made". The Bible (including the records of creation in Genesis and in the Gospel of John) is not a fable told to kids for amusement. Christ Himself told parables to children not to waste their time, but to present the truth in such a way as to allow the children to grasp it at their level. Christ said that once we were given milk to drink, as we were not yet ready to handle the meat, but that is the goal of the Christian (which is a type of monontheistic deist).
Nothing existed before creation because nothing was created. Only God existed.
No - Nothing existed before 'Biblical Times' except God.
God existed before man and before sin. God does not require sin in order to exist.
There is no objective proof that God exists, or did exist in the past. However, Christians universally believe that he has always existed and always will.
God created everything; there was no time whatsoever. Luck, in my eyes, has and will never exist. Everything is planned and designated by God. As for space, I'm not an expert, but I believe that before God created anything, nothing existed except Himself.
The Aztecs did not exist before God but they most likely did exist before Christ was born but the rest of the world did not know they existed until we started sending ships to the new world.
God was created by man an idea made to explain the ineffable. Since matter is not infinite (proved by thermodynamics). The only thing that can be feasibly infinite is time. If time is what always existed then god is the equivalent of time. You could also argue that god is energy but because energy is a form of matter it can't have existed before time because then it would never exist because there wouldn't be any time for it to be created or exist. This is why time must be the beginning what existed before anything else. Unlike god who logically was created by man after time.
Saint Anselm.
It depends on what god/God you are talking about. God - of the Bible - is ageless He has existed in eternity past and will exist in eternity future
Chaos was the personification of the nothing that existed before the Universe. Aside from being represented in the feminine, she had no personality to speak of because she was literally nothing.
According to religious people, yes, God existed at the beginning of time.
no, god does not exist so how can nothing be the best person
