being a good person has nothing to do with eternal salvation. If you accept Jesus Christ into your heart and make a effort to"know" him it dosent matter if your a serial killer as long as you are truly sincere with your effort to salvation.
True atheists do not have this fear and they never think about it. Christianity teaches that you can do anything you want, rape, pillage, molest children, kill your parents or your children, and still get into heaven if you simply believe that Jesus is your Savior, while a good and moral non-believer will go to hell. That is the height of absurdity.
