A mosque or masjid is made up of many things. First, every mosque has an Imam, or Islamic priest who leads the prayers and/or Islamic kutbahs (discussions). A mosque also has a dome shaped roof, some do and some don't. Inside the mosque are bathrooms, a main prayer hall, a women's section for prayers, a small kitchenette, and a small book room for Islamic teachings. Some mosques are bigger than others, so there are more rooms, and some are smaller so there is only those components I mentioned above.
It is small curve in the front wall of the mosque. It save one line of the prayer. The Imam stands outside the Mihrab but he offers sijdah inside the Mihrab.
In the mosque, there isn't any form of heirarchy. But I geuss the main person would be an imam (the scholar) or the person who calls out for prayer time (sometimes its the same person).

The mosque foyer, often referred to as the entrance or lobby area, serves as a transitional space between the outside and the main prayer hall. It typically provides a place for worshippers to prepare for prayer, remove their shoes, and perform ablutions. The foyer may also include areas for social interaction, information, and community activities, helping to foster a sense of community among congregants.
Well a mosque (most in America that I know of) have a section for guys to pray in and then a section for women to pray in. They are separate places where both genders cannot see each other. Other mosques in other countries have a part that the Imam goes to call the adhan and then there is the room for the men to pray in. Sometimes there is a room for the women to pray in. And there is a bathroom, either attached outside or inside.
yes, ofcousre there are, there are four main walls going around the mosque, its not a building without walls in them -Dreamer
