Most likely not. He was born in Sweden which is the third least religious countries in the world, and is a member of the least religious generation in history. Although, with his following, he could probably start a religion.

I'm 99.9% sure he's not Jewish. Probably not religious because he's from Sweden, but could be a Lutheran or just a Christian since Sweden's state religion is Lutheranism. I'd say he's most likely an agnostic being a little spiritual, which a majority of people are in a lot of countries. However, he loves using country (which does involve a lot of God references) in his songs, or electro-country. So theres a thought.
