As her Grandson I can assure you that she would have certainly considered herself a "Christian" But not with a strict fundamentalist bend. She was very tolerant of others views and faiths. As anyone who's read Caddie Woodlawn will note she had great respect for other races and had low regard for those who manifested prejudice and racism for any reason- She was certainly one of God's Children and lived her life as such.
