After having taught the Belief and after having believed in the Oneness of Allah by the people, then it would be easy to formulate other rules to them. So, during the life in Madina, Quran gave importance to the compulsory deeds in Islma, and the rules regarding to set up an ideal society. This means, the rules of Islam was established gradually and slowly. This is the reason why the quran was revealed in piece meal. 2. The verses of the Quran was to be stayed alive till the end of this univese. If the Quran was not revealed in piece meal, it would have been difficult for the followers of Quran to learn byheart. The Quran was later compiled from the memories of the companions and from the records written by some of the writers of the Prophet. At the same time, the quran if was revealed at once, this facilities would have been lost.
