No. Actually God, himself, is the true source of salvation(Hebrews 5:7-10), but he sent his son, Jesus, alone, as his means of saving mankind(1 Timothy 2:3-6)(Luke 2:8-11) As brought out at John 3:16+17: "... God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.." Speaking of Jesus Christ, whom 'God raised from the dead', the scripture at Acts 4:10-12 says:"...Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved."(NIV) and John 14:6 quotes Jesus' words: "No one comes to the Father except through me."(Romans 3:25+26)(1 John 2:1, 2). Jesus alone pays the 'ransom' for Adam's sin, giving us the opportunity to live forever (1 Corinthians 15:22+45)(Romans 5:12)(Matthew 1:21)(Hebrews 2:9).
