Haha :) I'd have to say no. One of God's attributes is omnipresence. This means that God is everywhere (or all encompassing). So it is true that God is all around you when you are getting dressed; but God doesn't watch you :) God is not a perv, so I'm sure He will focus elsewhere while you dress. Haha.
