Succinct though the original answer was, it perhaps deserves a little more expansion.

The belief that there is an "Antichrhist" is a Christian belief. Atheists do not subscribe to Christianity any more than they subscribe to Zeus, Ba-al, or any of the other inumerable gods which mankind has proposed. From an atheist perspective, there is no such thing as an "anti-christ", any more than a Christ (as opposed to a human called "Jesus" - whose existence is also in considerable doubt).

If one accepts Christian doctrine, then it is possible. Atheists do not accept Christian doctorine, so the question itself makes no sense. It would be like asking Tom Cruise if the Galactic Emporer Xemu really imprisioned all our souls in a mountain and then exploded H-bombs on them (Scientology teachings from memeory, and may not be accurate).

You have to accept the existence of Xemu before you can answer the question.

Logically, therefore, the answer is "mu" or "wu": which means "your questions makes no sense and therefore cannot be answered".

See here for more on that word:

SHORT ANSWER: If you are Christian, then one and only one person, no more and no less, will give birth to the Antichrist. If you are not Christian, see above (last paragraph)
