I believe speaking clearly with rhythm at a moderate speed is good. I am a fast speaker. I was born that way. I have been working on fixing it for a while. I think when speaking fast can be difficult for listerns. Also when you speak slower /Normal, you get to think before speaking which is excellent. When you speak slower you can work on the quality of your voice which is very important. (This is my opinon)
