Jewish Answer
No. There are 2 specific verses that are usually interpreted by Orthodox Jews as a prohibition against same-sex relations between men. (Although non-Orthodox Jews see them as a prohibition against going against your own sexual orientation, i.e. straight men cannot have gay sex, and gay men cannot have straight sex). But There is no mention of homosexuality in The Bible. Not even in the Story of Sodom and Gomorrah--Genesis 19.)
Christian Answer
Yes. Homosexuals and homosexual activity are spoken about in Genesis 19, Leviticus 20:13, and in the New Testament Romans 1:18-32
It doesn't refer to homosexuality anywhere in the Bible. However, there are certain verses that can be interpreted as prohibitions against same-sex activity, particularly Leviticus 18:22. It's important to note, however, that different religions interpret these verses in different ways, and not all use them to ban homosexuality.
