a fetus is an undeveloped baby. it is not a body part
No a fetus is not a baby or a child. It's living on the woman's body and can not live on it's own and therefor is for her to decide over. A child is it's own person and can live on it's own outside of her body.
The fetus will not come in contact with our water. It floats in it's own. Your body protects it from the outside world.
A fetus will start producing IgM antibodies about 20 weeks into the pregnancy. The only antibody the fetus receives from it's mother is IgG which the baby will not start producing on its own until a few months after birth.
They own at least a part of it. The influence a person has over a company depends on how big a part they own.
Own body cells.
Autonomy

no because every body has mostly the same name like john
They don't consider it as a child to begin with. As long as the embryo/fetus is living off her body and can not live in it's own, viability, it's not a person on it's own and for her to decide over just like a organ. The embryo/fetus can not think, feel pain or even know it's alive (developed to feel pain at 24 weeks when abortion is only for serious health reasons and they are viable). It would be traumatic for the woman to go through a pregnancy and birth of a child she does not want while there would be no trauma on the embryo/fetus.
A fetus does not eat through the digestive system, so there is nothing to turn into feces. The umbilical cord feeds the fetus, provides oxygen, and removes wastes. Therefore, the fetus doesn't have to eat or breathe on its own.
